By creating reusable sanitary kits crafted from fabric offcuts, we’re helping prevent missed education for girls - while heading towards a zero-waste fashion workshop!
Fashion Lab
Rooted in the ‘Trade not Aid’ philosophy, the lab teaches transferable skills and promotes a more ethical and sustainable approach to fashion by providing training in sewing and tailoring to marginalised women, many of whom are affected by the HIV pandemic or care for HIV orphans.
Bringing the Light
Through our partnership with Solar Aid and Sunny Money Malawi, we are helping to provide a sustainable source of light and reduce hazardous kerosene use.
Business and Financial Literacy
Alongside vocational skills, we offer a programme of business and financial literacy training, to ensure our budding entrepreneurs have the best chance of success when they leave us. With a blend of face to face and digital learning, we are never far from our graduates when they need us.
